FOOTBALL & CHEER REGISTRATION FEES

2024 Football Registration Fees & Info

$300.00 per player

Registration Fee Includes: Lakewood Youth Football Jersey + Youth Practice Jersey
Players will have access to use of LYFAA Equipment including: Helmet, shoulder pads, & practice equipment.
Football Registration must be completed PRIOR to player gear check out. Credit/Debit cards are accepted & payment plans available too. NO EXCEPTIONS.
LYFAA is THANKFUL to our donors & fundraisers which allow us to offer Financial Assistance Scholarship each season. We want EVERY kid to have the chance to join us on the football fields! Scholarships are available for up to 100% of your football registration fees. Please contact us for more info &/OR an application too.

FOOTBALL PLAYERS: Make sure to COMPLETE your online registration on/before gear check out to request a jersey number & have your last name printed on the back of 2024 LYFAA football jersey.
Late Football Registrations will be accepted, but will not be able to request jersey number & will be responsible for adding player name to 2024 jersey too. Please DON'T DELAY register TODAY!
FOOTBALL PLAYERS will need to provide: Sports Cleats (with no metal spikes), Mouth Guard which attaches to Helmet, Black Integrated Football Pants for football games, as well as any color Integrated Football pants for practice too. Thanks so much for your help!

$125.00 per cheerleader

LYFAA Cheer Registration will OPEN Monday - April 1, 2024
Cheer Registration will CLOSE Friday - May 31, 2024 due to uniform order deadlines. Late Registrations MAY NOT be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration Fees DO NOT include cheerleaders uniform costs.
Cheer Uniforms are typically ordered EARLY JUNE and must be paid in full at the time of order. Uniform costs can exceed $500+ (includes uniform, shoes, bows, rain jacket, pom-poms, & cheer bag.)
Our Cheer Program Leaders works very hard to provide **Uniform Fundraisers** each season which can greatly reduce your uniform fees. SIGN UP EARLY & Fundraise Uniform Fees!

2024 IMPORTANT DATES & EVENTS:

March 1, 2024 -- Youth Football Registrations open online!

April 1, 2024 -- Youth Cheer Registrations open online!

May 31, 2024 -- Cheer Registration will CLOSE. Due to our Uniform Order deadlines we close registration for Cheer Fitting & Uniform Orders. Late Registrations MAY NOT be accepted.

June 1, 2024 -- Youth Cheer Uniform Fitting & Cheer Uniform Order Due Date. This event is for REGISTERED Cheerleaders ONLY. Time & Location information will be sent to Cheerleaders via email.

July 8, 2024 -- Youth Football Jersey Fitting + Gear Check Out. This Event is for REGISTERED Football Players Only. Meet the LYFAA Leadership Team to check out your Football Gear for the season & make sure you have ordered the correct size jersey too. Time & Location Information will be provided by your Head Coaches.

If you miss Gear Check Out... that's OK. You'll be able to check out your football gear the first week of practice. We will order your jersey based on the size you selected with online registration too.

July 22, 2024 - July 25, 2024 -- FREE Youth Football Camp hosted by Lakewood Highschool Football program at Lakewood High School. Youth Camp is FREE & OPEN TO ALL YOUTH AGES 6-14. Bring your friends & meet us at camp! (5:30pm to 7:00pm) Location: Lakewood Highschool Football Field.

Athletes please wear shorts, t-shirt, athletic shoes & bring lots of water to camp.

July 27, 2024 -- 16th Annual Lakewood High School 7x7 Passing Tournament & Lineman Challenge. You're Invited to this FREE Event to watch some awesome football & cheer for our Lakewood Cougars!!

This popular high school football tournament will bring Athletes from all over the PNW to Lakewood to compete and challenge their skills ahead of the 2024 football season. It will be an awesome day of football & fun right in our own back yard!

VOLUNTEERS ALWAYS NEEDED: Lakewood High School Football program will need A LOT of volunteers to put on a great tournament, let us know if you'd like to help and we will get you connected. It's a really fun day of football!!

July 29, 2024 -- FOOTBALL PRACTICE BEGINS. It's the official start of the 2024 Youth Football Season. We can't wait to see you on the fields again! All players MUST be registered online to be able to attend youth football practices. Late Registrations will be accepted!

Practice Times will be provided by Youth Football Head Coaches.

July 29, 2024 -- First Youth Cheer Practice of 2024 Season!

August 3, 2024 -- NCYFL Head Coaches Meeting (Time & Location Info coming soon)

August 17, 2024 -- NCYFL Football Jamboree.

(Location & Game Times TBD)

August 24, 2024 -- First Game Day of 2024 Youth Football Season!

Time & Location will be provided by Head Coaches.

August 31, 2024 - Labor Day Weekend. No Youth Football game this weekend.

September 7, 2024 -- Youth Football games resume for regular season.

October 26, 2024 -- NCFYL Play Off's Round 1
